- No, sorry, it is not. This is the way most Mac software works.
- If it senses errors or RAM problems coming, it "quits itself"
- and frees the memory if possible. It doesn't always work, of
- course, but in my experience about 80 per cent of the cases this is
- what happens and you get an "Application has quit" error instead of a
- crash. And that is on an OS not exactly technically superior to
- AmigaDOS.

- It's just a matter of good software programming, I think. But since
- a lot of Amiga programmers don't stick to the rules, the next OS
- version will have to take some precautions against those "tactics",
- which may be fine for demos, but NOT for applications or games (IMHO).
